The Wailua-Kapaa Neighborhood Association is a collective citizens group concerned with enhancing the quality of life for residents and preserving the rural character of our communities on the eastside of Kauai.

We invite all our neighbors to join us in discussing the changes, accompanying impacts, and how this effects our families, during this time of unprecedented growth on the eastside.

The next meeting will be held

WHERE: at the Wailua Homesteads Park in the Pavilion
(located on Kamalu Road near Kuamoo Road)
