At the end of summer the hosts of the Great Blue Heron Festival will offer the first of a new kind of festival.
The festival organizers say...
"Join us for a weekend of camping and creative activities - work, drum, dance, sing, play and feast together! Reflect and develop a vision of our future community. Explore what is sacred in simplicity as we erect a tribal structure, gather wild foods, create a Mandala and connect with the cycles of nature".
The festival will be September 17, 18 & 19th, 1999, in Sherman New York at the site of the Great Blue Heron Music Festival.
