- This high marsh was a warm buzzing symphony of
insects on a summer's day. Although there are roads nearby on all
sides of it, it is difficult to get a view of this wet spot from a
car. Unless you were looking for it, you could easily pass by and
not know, except of course if you were a kid growing up nearby. We
are looking south on Miller Pest Road between Route 57 and Slide
Joslyn Road in the town of Ellery.
