Hanum Road Yard Fence

 The split rail fence stretches

to meet the barrel of impatients--

cutting the yard in two.

 

This pretty country yard was as picturesque as they come; with a split rail fence, hollyhocks, and a washtub full of impatients. The bright red barn peeks out between big shade trees. This farm is on Hanum Road between Summerdale and Bentley Roads in the town of Chautauqua.
